Downtown Connectivity Study
Downtown Colonial Beach (DCB) is excited to announce the conclusion of the year-long Downtown Connectivity Study by the Timmons Group and 3T Partners. An outbrief of the study findings and recommendations was provided to Town Council at their December 17 meeting by Thomas Ruff of the Timmons Group.
After the first of the new year, DCB will begin reviewing the report with Town staff to identify priority action items, and begin implementing the study findings and recommendations.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THAT THIS PROJECT WAS COORDINATED THROUGH DOWNTOWN COLONIAL BEACH, NOT THE TOWN OF COLONIAL BEACH. It was offered to our community by Virginia Main Street, an agency of the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development, as part of the technical support provided to Downtown Colonial Beach as it finalized work for achieving its Advancing Main Street status.
