Downtown Connectivity Study by the Timmons Group and 3T Partners.

Downtown Colonial Beach (DCB) is excited to announce the conclusion of the year-long Downtown Connectivity Study by the Timmons Group and 3T Partners.  An outbrief of the study findings and recommendations was provided to Town Council at their December 17 meeting by Thomas Ruff of the Timmons Group.

After the first of the new year, DCB will begin reviewing the report with Town staff to identify priority action items, and begin implementing the study findings and recommendations.
